PeopleEd Cotter, BSc Environmental Engineering, MSc Sustainable Development BioRegional Australia Representative Ed is the creator of BRE’s Sustainable Development Framework and the BREEAM Communities assessment tool. As the Head of BREEAM Communities he led a team that worked closedly with the developers and local planning authorities to ensure the delivery of truly sustainable communities, independently verifying the commitments of the proposed development. Ed is the BioRegional representative in Melbourne and is currently leading on the One Planet Open Source development Edward Niembro, BSc Construction Management & Economics, MSc City & Regional Planning, CPP BioRegional Australia Representative Edward has extensive international experience in construction management, urban and social planning and natural resource management. However, Edward is dedicated to the philosophy of bioregional planning having received international scholarships to study this within North American communities. His thorough understanding of bioregional planning and how this can be applied to the construction and planning industries places Edward at the forefront to help lead the Australian entity of BioRegional. |
